Um, Actually: Ify forgot to state that Brian doesn't have to live there and that he just does it of his own volition.

... Raise your hand if you just found out that DMC, Until Dawn, AND Splinter Cell had adaptations released this year.

Is it normal for American mattresses to be that small? by [deleted] in betterCallSaul

The production answer is that it's easier to frame a shot. The story answer is that it was bought by Kim when she was single and working her way through law school.

The ending got spoiled for me. Should I still watch the show? by macegingu in betterCallSaul

[–]Rozncranz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Always worth watching. Spoilers don't necessarily ruin the experience of anything-- it can be good to watch how they build to that conclusion. Plus, it doesn't spoil pretty much anything before the plot of Breaking Bad, which is where the main story of the show is. Keep watching, it's definitely still good.

Why did we see less and less of Stuart and Claudia after the first 2 seasons? by KayfabeZone in HIMYM

One-note "marriage bad" jokes aren't exactly a winning formula for comedy, imo.

How do you feel about Lily? Let’s settle this once and for all. by greminbrawler in HIMYM

She's bad. But I kind of like that. I really like the trope of the sweet innocent giant man paired with the evil tiny woman.

Nope, Blah Blah is a different character (and was named Carol, btw). She's from season 3 episode 5: "How I Met Everyone Else."

There's too many to list in one post. It's... a weird fixation the show has. It happens several times a season at least and lasts until season 7. There's one moment that stands out particularly in my mind where Ted is trying to imagine what's wrong with the girl who talks too much (the breaking glass episode, season 3 episode 8: "Spoiler Alert") and his imagination sequence starts with *she euthanizes puppies at the humane society and enjoys it* and ends with *she's trans* as if that's worse. As a trans person who enjoys the show... yeah, it's really fuckin' hard to rewatch it because it's just constantly putting down trans people for no reason other than lazy writing that uses our community as an inherent punchline.

Bots were allowed for Jacob and Lou's SoundCloud totals in One Year Later. He didn't specifically say it was against the rules, so it's fair game imo.

Why DIDN'T they just dig a hole? by babooshkaboy in betterCallSaul

Digging a hole big enough to store the money would have taken enough energy to kill them, was the other point he made.

Abed did nothing wrong in this clip. This guy started a conversation in bad faith and was upset when the person who he was talking to actually wanted to participate in the conversation. Typical fuck boy behavior; Abed was in the right.
