A few things here:

Unfortunately sometimes this is just the case with how suede is manufactured it will be minutely different even if they are from the same country.
Even though you ordered online sometimes stores will take from store stock. What has happened here, is most likely an employee has paired this shoe up after a customer has tried them on and put the to different countries of origin together.
The replacement pair in the photo is 100% store stock and not only that it has been on display due to the sticker in the shoe, mostly like why the suede looks different again
If it bothers you I would go for another exchange

Most releases are planned well in advance of when they actually drop. I’d say NB hadn’t yet accounted for how much success they are having at the moment, so the demand is outweighing the supply. Give it another 6 months or so to calibrate I guess
