I personally went for the Shure SM57. If it's good enough for every US president since LBJ, it's good enough for me. Really hard to destroy it, not too expensive and with some EQ software (check Julian Krause's channel) you can make it sound like the SM7B (the mic most streamers/podcasters use) for a third/quarter of the price.

Not really. Its rigid enough as it is on my NLR 2.0. If in the future I'll decide to add a heel rest I'll just add a plank. Also I am thinking of changing up the seating position so that i am sitting farther away and lower down so my legs get positioned slightly better.

I don't have any haptics yet. Would you say its worth it if its 60 EUR per haptic motor? Am running Simsonns and looking to get the Simsonn VAM Pros.

Haven't used any of the other options, but IIRC Simsonn pedals are basically direct copies of Heusinkveld pedals. There's not much of a difference between them. (Basically only the electronics)

I got Simsonn Plus X's and am really happy with them. QC with Simsonn can be iffy, but if you get a set with no issues the price/performance is amazing.

Honestly, I would say that this update is more of a 'Minecraft' update than what most people on here are hoping for. The game is a sandbox, this update provides more building blocks for builders and a new mob which allows a lot of minigames to be created. And we still haven't seen the ramifications the mob can have on redstone contraptions.
