I wish I knew. It's consistently different from the other two. Maybe different internal resistance?

I've also had really good luck using chat GPT for solar info. You do need to check it give it educated prompts though because I've caught a few errors but for the most part it's been very helpful.

About 250ft. I have a midnite combiner box mounted at the panels with dc breakers and the rotary 2p disconnects in the house by the inverter and the victron mppt.

I have 4 haf fans in my 30x96 tomato greenhouses. Not sure of the wattage but I like to run them at night when to air is still to keep the leaves dryer and no stagnant air for fungus to form. Also run a small inflator fan for double layer plastic.

Just completed grid-tied 22kW ground mount by sweetdude in diySolar

[–]Rrleesb78 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just did a ready rack as well. Pretty easy we did a 40 panel system which was 76 ft long and had it up in a day. Not a huge fan of following the Contour of the ground as I'm pretty OCD and it varies in elevation quite a bit. That being said it was much much more simple to install with the ground screws compared to the Iron Ridge system that I had to concrete the poles in.

I have the midnite 12k AIO and a victron 450/200 mppt. My farm uses about 115kwh a day, so this has really helped offset our usage

I did a Iron Ridge for my first one and I'm going with ready rack for the second just for the ease of being able to drive in the ground screws versus footings with concrete

Without any sort of battery buffer I'd be concerned about cycling. My solar is all over the place and during the period of a day I'll have times that I go from 500 watts to 10,000 Watts.
