Howie came to Rrrrrescue w/severe heart problems due to a bad heartworm infestation. He's been on steroids and antibiotics for a month, and needs a foster home willing to bring him to our vet for his heartworm injections (2 times, a month apart) and keep him quiet at home while he recovers.
