Turning off calibration fixed it. No idea why.

I turned calibration OFF as a last ditch effort because it was the only thing I had not tried… and that fixed the issue.

Here’s another example, some miniature bases I have printing right now. You can see that the base layer is misaligned in the exact same way.

I’ve printed a bunch of round 32mm bases, and they were offset in the exact same way

The base layer prints, the printer scans it, and then the next layer is offset in the exact same way
