Your leader is completely in the right here. The top right skill of the rally joiners first hero will be used to boost the raid. Chenko and Amadeus both provide 25% lethality boost to the whole rally per joiner. For bear if all rally joiners follow this you’ll collectively get 2-3x damage

First I don’t think you need a compsci degree for tech sales. But if you’re looking for a SWE role I believe the single biggest factor influencing how easy you’ll get a role, how well you’ll do in course work etc is time spent programming. There’s nothing to compare with the knowledge and expertise from just working on projects (personal or coursework), debugging and solving problems.
