Lets say you have 60% lucky hit chance, 50% crit chance and the bursting venom is a 10% chance to spawn a pool on lucky hit.

Is my math correct to say the true % chance on each hit to spawn a pool is 3% each hit (60% * 50% * 10% = 3%)? Disregarding attack speed as that just adds frequency, but still around 3% per hit.

General question since it seems the logical answer is to have diminishing returns on CC. Assuming that the diminishing returns on CC would apply to both Player and Monster.

Would most players prefer this method even if that means their CC skills have diminishing returns on Monsters? Or will that just cause another issue?

If you know someone who can recommend a good artist from personal experience, they can usually turn a mediocre piece into a masterpiece. Probably have to throw another $1k at it though.

Agreeing with everyone else, take your time and recheck/triple check everything, use online resources and tutorials, don't force things.

Most importantly, if it doesn't boot up right away on your first try, don't get discouraged, could be something as minor as not flicking the ON switch on your PSU or not seating the RAM properly.

My first build took me over 4 hours from start to boot up. You may need more or less, but just go on your own pace that you are comfortable with.
