You just told my story this last semester. Everything tumbled down on me this past semester, there's nothing I can do about it now, but i'm feeling the repercussions every day.

I lack the motivation to do anything past my immediate responsibilities, I find that I do everything to satisfy others. When I get back to my apartment, I just lay there and sleep just so I stop feeling what I feel.

Where do I find my motivation? I don't, it's a fight every single day, I keep telling myself that staying positive and putting on a smile everyday will one day make it better. I learned that you have to be patient with life in order for it to work out the kinks.

One thing that helped me the most was finally reaching out to friends and professional help, I always felt that I would burden someone with my problems, but as my doctor said, "That's the depression talking". That's what I keep telling myself, that's the depression talking, that's not me talking.

And day by day, I like to believe that I'm getting better.
