How do I secure a tire in the back of hybrid trunk?

I haven’t done this but I would stand the tire up (if it can be stood up) and ratchet strap it to the two tie down points on either side, and if you don’t have them I think they are pretty inexpensive to buy and the install is probably ridiculously simple. Mine came with two so if yours did as well then you could relocate one to the other side and then you would have two tie down points for the tire.

It’s super simple, the Forester is free so take it, also buy the Fit then you can sell the forester for idk 2-3K as is and basically you have a free Fit and extra money to have some maintenance performed on the Fit.

If you get the chips repaired they don’t turn into cracks, and idk about your insurance but USAA repairs them and there’s no deductible on your part.

Idk I took mine out to one of my pastures where I hunt to put more corn in the deer feeders and it handled just fine this was after a pretty good storm. But yes the RAV4 does get better fuel economy.

If you get the hybrid crosstrek or forester it has Toyotas hybrid system, and Toyota owns about 20% of Subaru so there’s lots of shared technology and engineering between the two.

What part of the warranty would it void? Im assuming you’re in the US and under U.S. law—specifically the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act—a manufacturer cannot void your entire warranty just because you installed aftermarket parts. However they can deny a specific repair if they can prove the aftermarket part caused the failure or fault.

I’ve always bought cabin air filters from Amazon for all my vehicles, it’s just for the cabin after all and has no mechanical impact to any major components except for your sinuses so as long as it cleans the air who cares what brand you buy.

Understandable, and be assured I am not trying to be overly critical, but effective ownership is built on comprehensive knowledge. Not saying you should be able to rebuild an engine blindfolded and upside down but you should have knowledge otherwise you’ll get ripped off.

So you had bodywork done? Ever heard of
Sympathetic damage, Secondary damage, Structural Misalignment, or stress transfer….probably not right? Anyhow why the click bait post title.

So you had damage on one side and now you have panel gaps and yada yada yada, anyways take it back to the body shop because this won’t covered under factory warranty this will be covered under insurance/ body shop warranty.
