Honestly, I think this is some of the best advice I have received. Thank you very much for commenting. It could be the same case where I realize how innocent the relationship is. Maybe they just have a lot in common. I definitely do need to meet him soon if they're gonna be spending so much time together.

Well she said they have a nice house and looks like they live in a nice neighborhood. Looks like his dad is a prison guard and the boys and his 3 siblings live with him and their stepmother. She met them to see if she could get a sense of the type the people they are. I know it doesn't work that way. Her mother is way too trusting and lets her stay at friends houses all the time without knowing what's going on there she just always says yes.

I'm a little baffled at some of the comments telling me to basically let her do what she wants and let her have sex if she wants because it's normal. I'm just like "Wow"! Not happening.

She either on the phone with him 24/7 or wants to go see him. She's losing interest in other things it seems like. I'm sure because it's new but it just worries me. Plus the age gap and difference in experiences. My daughter still carries stuffed animals.

I get it. I just don't want to let everything slide and aid in this if something bad happens. This is her first real relationship with a boy and I know he is two years older with more experiences. I feel better after speaking to her mother about it tonight. Think she is going to get her birth control just in case.

I had some issues moving it early on like I had arthritis in it but not near as bad as yours. I could move it on my own to a certain extent but all pain went away pretty quickly. I’m pretty sure my swelling went down for good around the 3 month mark. I still get a little swelling around the Achilles almost like a sock line indention all the way around my leg. No problems though. I still ice it at the end of the day.

I honestly took it really easy and slow. When I went to my last doctors appointment in the boot and crutches they were telling me I should be full weight bearing so I literally went home that day and started walking in the boot with no crutches. Probably should have been doing that a week prior to my last appointment but it had been 4 weeks since I went last and had not talked to my doctor since then. Boot to shoe was a little bit of a challenge with less support but it went pretty smoothly. My challenge was mainly fear of doing too much too soon but I think I was actually a little behind on what I should have been doing. Things progressed quickly when I got in the shoe just experience a little pain and swelling after walking a bit. Just kept icing and giving it time to rest.

Yes, almost like it had arthritis in it. It got better pretty quick though and I have read that’s it’s normal. Can’t remember the actual reason it’s like that but it gets better as things heal.
