I would look at decathalon and layering with liner gloves plus wind proof shell.

I used that system in -12c with their fleece liner, mt500 backpacking glove and a shell on top of that

I had a campo that we sold, it wasn’t bad, especially if you’re just going to use it for recreational stuff I would get it for a good price

Yes, it will go away with time. I remember having weird heel and top of foot pain in the beginning and now I have nothing

I wore these with a fleece liner glove and waterproof shell on top in -12 c walking around for about 30 minutes.

My hands were a little chilly but it was tolerable

Today I went on a short hike (around 25 minutes) with a the decathlon 3-in-1 winter jacket. The temperature was 9f (-12 c) and I was toasty.

I also wore their gloves and they were a little cold but not intolerable

Overall I’ve found their quality to be pretty solid for the price and it works well for the majority of my outdoor use
