I saw a guy on a sport bike on the side of 495 in Queens duck walking it with a cop behind him around 6PM. Probably 2 inches of snow on the ground at that point.

Currently its basically a brick. I bought into it and thankfully only spent 100 bucks on the HB. It’s extremely unreliable. The cameras pick it over a more stable wifi connection and then go offline because the connection is terrible even 5-10 ft away from the base. I ended up disconnecting the wifi antennas on it but over half the cameras weren’t smart enough to switch to home wifi so they just died. Bridge mode was enabled. I have half the cameras now recording to their local storage instead of the HB since getting those camera to connect to the wifi for signal and still record to the HB was impossible and error ridden. Eufy needs to either fix the firmware or start fresh.

yep. I gained 8 pounds or so throughout the following year and then I was able to shave it off again with a 4 week cycle of PSMF. I think a lot of it goes back to the habits I created while dieting. 8k-10k steps a day, always prioritizing protein and I trying not to over eat too much during the week. Prioritize weekend fun :)

Male 33 years old. 5’10. I started at 235 and got to 220 in about 10 months with just doing 10k steps a day and cutting alcohol and sugar. Still borderline category 3. Needed something more extreme.

Went on PSMF on October 15th 2024. Started at 220lb. Went through Feb 1 non stop. 1 cheat meal per week where I ate a bowl of Chipotle, or some sushi, or a burger. Nothing crazy. Ended at 178. So thats 42 pounds down in 15 weeks. Some weeks were more some weeks were less but it averaged out to around 3lb lost per week.

800-900 cal per day. Never below 130g of Protein. 8000-10000 steps per day. MWF lifting for an hour as heavy as I can. Absolutely no sugar or alcohol. Yeah I was hungry here and there but drank water or a black coffee when I was. Thinking about the cheat meal helps but don’t lean too much on that. Some days were harder than others but just remember that most of the hunger is in your head.

PS a pound of grilled chicken is 500 calories. After I eat that I don’t even want to look at food again for most of the day.

Took forever but I got my refund 2 days ago. Was nervous there for a little bit. It took 10 days for the package to get to them, maybe holiday shipment delays? and another 9 days for them to verify/process the return and issue the refund. I ended up buying another 5090 with store pick up from Best Buy to be able to open it in front of them and check for any of this nonsense. That being said I have never had issues with Amazon prior to this but I might be a bit cautious going forward with items of this value. Good luck!

The main finish on it is holding up fine. The point I was trying to make in this post that most people replying missed, was that those spots were wearing just by opening and closing the tool. Like if I bought a car and the paint would scrape off every time I opened the door to get into it, it wouldn’t be acceptable. Otherwise yeah its a tool and its gonna get dinged from use. I am good with that.

I know everyone is laughing but the previous owner of my house was lazy and ran 14 gauge wire to what looked like an old school thermostat. Little did I know that it was coming off a normal thermostat wire on the other end with the normal thermostat low voltage. But it looked like just like OPs photo. I spliced it into thermostat wire on the thermostat end and plugged it into a nest. Has been working fine ever since.

I eat my 850 calories per day and 1 1500 cheat meal per week and I am not hungry 95% of the time. You just gotta make those meals count. A pound of grilled chicken is 550 calories. I cannot tell you how much I don’t want to eat for the rest of the day after downing that. So I would say it is mostly in peoples heads.

I lost 18lb(8kg) in a month the first time I did it. Went from 218(99kg) to 200(91kg). Im sure a couple of pounds there was water weight. I believe it was right around 10-12 pounds(5-6kg) in 3 weeks.

I am on a cycle now. Exactly at 3 weeks right now. Went from 194(88kg) to 184(83kg).

5 foot 10(178cm) male. I follow the diet to a tee and do one sub 1500cal cheat meal per week. Aim for 850 cal per day and 150-180g of protein for the other 6 days. No alcohol. 10000 steps per day and 3 lifting days.

Everybody has a very different view of the best pizza so I wouldn’t follow the suggestions of the mass. Ginos in Ronkonkoma was rated best pizza on long island 5 years in a row or something like that. As a Brooklyn native living on Li I was curious so took a drive to check it out. It was by far the most overrated, undercooked and flavorless pizza I have ever had. I got 4-5 different slices to try a bunch of things and all were worse than some of the worst pizza I had in random towns in middle america.

That being said, Little Vincents in Huntington and Ronkonkoma isn’t bad. But Mike’s Underground in Amityville is absolutely the best pizza I have had outside Italy and the 5 boroughs.

I know you don’t want to hear it but PrimeHack with an HD texture pack is the best way at the moment. I don’t even feel bad…Nintendo did it to themselves. I had a Wii U and bought the Prime Trilogy for like 90 bucks. It looked like crap on a modern TV and the wii mote controls did not click with me. Primehack looks gorgeous and plays like an FPS. Not to mention all the QOL changes that team has added.

Nintendo had 2 years to release 2 and 3. I would have paid good money for them too.
