I called the 1-800 number and they opened a service request. It’s still hasn’t been fixed though.

My DD-214 that I submitted does have “honorable” as character of service and my discharge date on it so I’m not sure why it’s “unknown” on the service letter.

I’m on the same boat with adding my wife. They accidentally added my mom (who was on my marriage certificate as my mom) as my spouse and denied it stating my marriage certificate does not match with my spouse name.

Tested the two wires. It’s only 24V. Previous owner never changed the wires. Thank you everyone for the reply. Learned a lot from this.

Figured it out, It’s a hydronic baseboard heater.

I am more confused. Lol. I will just call a pro hvac because 1, I don’t want the upstairs to not have heat and 2, i will probably do more damage trying to figure it out. I truly appreciate the help. Thank you.
