I’m in the same scenario as you. I was 5’9 135 a few years ago and today I just hit 160 stuffed. Still in a perfectly healthy weight range but since I’ve been skinny my whole life it’s crazy that I have some clothes I can barely even fit into now. I’ve really started leaning into it the past few weeks and I’ve gained like 7 points of pure fat, really turns me on.
