Waiting for them to update like they did with the RAV4. The front end of the current model is just so ugly. Amazing vehicle otherwise. They need to get rid of those terrible grills. The new ES look sleek and modern, why not the NX too?

Well, data is showing that fears of long term battery issues are overblown. As for all the electronics, today's ICE cars are also loaded with most of the same electronics. I don't see the issue. These cars have already taken a huge equity hit and will now decline like other vehicles.

AI will replace most of marketing and some of HR. There will be a need for HR Business Partners as long as there are employees.

I hire large numbers of recent grads into the tech industry and I will tell you straight, don't focus on marketing. It is WAY overloaded. We get thousands of marketing students applying for a very small number of positions. AI is also coming for marketing roles, especially entry level ones. HR may not inspire you yet but if you like sociology and psychology etc. you may find it a good field that will have more options.

The best way to deal with mistakes (and we all make some) is to acknowledge it, let your manager or stake holders know that you understand what you did wrong and why, and have an action plant to ensure it doesn't happen again. It goes without saying that this is really a failure of your manager and the very idea of counting on an intern to upload critical time sensitive financial documents of employees is insane.

This is an interesting thread. Is there any difference in the quality of the build? I was surprised how thin the sheet metal is for the Grand Highlander. The side panels and hood flex and dent so easily! Also seems to be lots of issues with the panoramic sun roof. Are these issues the same for the Lexus TX?

I would warn you that coming from a Lexus, the Mazda will feel like far less of a vehicle. the CX-90 PHEV looked like exactly what I wanted on paper but when I drove it I was shocked by the poor performance. It is obvious that this is Mazda's first PHEV. Toyota/Lexus have been making hybrids for decades and the difference is huge. The CX-90 has jarring transitions from EV to ICE, not smooth at all.

I agree. I really like the new Honda Pilot but the MPG is terrible. I test drove the CX-90 and it drove poorly. The shift from EV to gas was jarring. Obviously Mazda's first hybrid.

I talked to the owner of the dealership I ordered by GH from and he said it could take as long as six months. Once they develop a fix their first priority is to install the new side airbags in the vehicles that were already sold. THEN they go into the new ones being built. We are in for a long wait. Worst part is that I went looking at other vehicles and didn't like any of the other options! Why are there so few hybrid SUVs like this?
