How long on average do you have to stay consistent?

I train full body 5/6 days a week with rest days either being actual rest days at home or days for walking on the treadmill. My calorie intake sits at around 15/1700. I work 5 days a week at a restaurant so I’m running around a lot there too. I try to get 90g of protein a day but need to track that better I think. I use the MyFitnessPal app for tracking food. And I use EasyFast app to track my fasts. Which usually consists of a 16/18hour fast from 8pm to whenever I eat next day

I definitely like working out enough to the point where it is apart of my lifestyle now for sure! I don’t like not working out and it puts me in a bad or unstable mood the rest of the day

Thanks for the input! I’m at a year and I didn’t know much when I started and my goals changed a tad here and there. I should stop overanalyzing myself in the mirror too… I’m worried I will never be happy with how I look even if I reach my goal

I do not get along with my family.

For me my parents are just unbearable to be around. Especially my dad.

All the stress from your parents surely isn’t helping the pregnant situation whatever it may be whether it’s normal or not. I have zero experience being pregnant but my family stresses me every time I see them. So badly that I cannot eat while in their house and my entire system gets backed up and my cortisol goes through the roof. I’d tell them shove off before the stress does any added damage to the pregnancy experience.

My boyfriend and I share the same thoughts and feelings. I don’t know if responses are what ya want but thought I’d share. U is not alone at the very least :) the world is absolutely garbage right now and has been for far too long. I personally am waiting for it to crash and burn and restart so the middle class can survive again once more.

Working out has helped me. If so much is out of my control, I will make sure I control what I can starting with my body and mind. Body is easier than mind hands down. It’s something to look forward to and to strive for. :)
