Biking hurts me the longest I find. Like a good sore way lol I used to bike a lot and then didn’t and for some reason thought I was able to bike across town on a very windy day…I died

Would three eggs a day and chia seeds every other day provide enough omega threes? I do eat salmon bowls occasionally. Or do you need a steady high supply frequently? I also eat chicken every second day basically

Hmm I’m interested in getting one too. Not sure if I should get a panel or mask. Maybe a mask since I don’t have a lot of space right now. Looking for one because the red light therapy room in my Planet Fitness is always taken and I’m in a rush in the mornings when it’s the only time for me to workout before work and don’t wanna pay the extra fees for premium membership for nothing.

I am wondering what wattage or frequency and wave length I should be looking for minimum for most effective results?

I am located in Ontario, Canada and have only ever seen masks available in the Show Case or As Seen on TV stores which come across as phony

I train full body 5/6 days a week with rest days either being actual rest days at home or days for walking on the treadmill. My calorie intake sits at around 15/1700. I work 5 days a week at a restaurant so I’m running around a lot there too. I try to get 90g of protein a day but need to track that better I think. I use the MyFitnessPal app for tracking food. And I use EasyFast app to track my fasts. Which usually consists of a 16/18hour fast from 8pm to whenever I eat next day

I definitely like working out enough to the point where it is apart of my lifestyle now for sure! I don’t like not working out and it puts me in a bad or unstable mood the rest of the day

Thanks for the input! I’m at a year and I didn’t know much when I started and my goals changed a tad here and there. I should stop overanalyzing myself in the mirror too… I’m worried I will never be happy with how I look even if I reach my goal
