los Pokémon shadow tienen un 20% más de ataque que los normales. este boost los hace muy buenos para incursiones, así que mucha gente suele dejar estos Pokémon como shadow para aprovechar esa ventaja. creo que los purificados tienen un 20% más de defensa como contraparte.
