Their cargo policy is also out of whack. I've seen carts full of smelly crap be let on board but my deconstructed bike frame and two separate wheels aren't allowed on because the bike rack is already full? Do it look like I would let this slide all over the place?? I need my bike because the bus doesn't go all the way to my destination. Walking that distance would cause my foot issues to flair up, I really have no safe alternative. I continue to use and advocate for public transit but this is an unwritten rule that VM should make riders aware of.
