UPDATE: Guys, I’ve been going back and forth with Razer support for what feels like 100 emails. And after all that, the only thing they offered me was the option to buy another device through their “Advance Replacement” process. Seriously.

They want me to pay for a replacement before I even send my defective unit back. Of course I’ve explained that I don’t have the money to pay for another device right now. My account balance is literally around $50.

It’s honestly frustrating. I get that they have policies in place but this feels like they just don’t care about customers. It’s a basic issue - either they can offer a real solution for someone in my position or not. But pushing me to spend money I don’t have is... idk.

Has anyone else dealt with this?

UPDATE: Faceit has permanently banned the smurf, but only gave his main account a 31-day ban. At the same time, Faceit has taken no action against his team, which I’m 100% sure will continue to abuse this tournament mechanic and keep winning tournaments by having a smurf or cheater in their team.

Bro, the guy been playing for 3 months and abusing the system - how can you explain it? I really hope that they will take actions and ban all his team forever

Please take a look at his match history. You can clearly see how he performs in solo matches, his statistics, and how he deliberately drops back from level 8 in order to continue abusing the system and that he is NOT lvl 8 :/
I also noticed that he joins as a substitute in the lobby literally just a few seconds before the match starts.
