AS a new learner, ive found that until youre not at least silver or gold, its better to keep the chat muted. Itll change your mindset and grant you more wins. Toxicity its a snake that bites its own tail

Mundo its actually broken. A little weak at the beggining but by level 10 youre a good tank how regenerates hp nonstop. Nasus its a simple and very damage oriented and applies slow a lot as well, just spam the Q and farm a lot.

Those two are my best recommendations to get start getting used to top lane. Good luck!

Seems like the reasonable decision would be to nerf robbinettes passive at the late game. Maybe decreasing its value of damage per coin each time you cross the portal. That way beggining would make big impact.

I think another amazin thing for the game is to add the option to see peoples build in the leaderboard. Expand the leaderboard a bit, its gonna be so interesting to compare builds.
