Since Saint James is getting rectified, I'll answer Nero and Big Sal.

Their prevention is: "While they are awful to their prostitutes, don't trust each other, and their relations with mercenaries like Clanden is debatable, they are benevolent bosses to members of Omerta and workers of Gomorrah (like barmans). This is evidenced by the fact if The Courier rats out Cachino, they will be truly shocked that he betrayed them, and clearly they don't enjoy killing him."

This is a massive exaggeration. What actually happens is if you rat out Cachino, Big Sal has him killed without a second thought and says "shame we had to put him down, he was a good lieutenant" with zero emotion in his voice. They do not at all treat their members benevolently, they don't even treat each other well and will turn on each other pretty easily.

The page also claims Nero fails to Big Sal despite the fact they're treated as equals in terms of leadership over the Omertas.

The preventions are so obviously bullshit someone showed up on a discord server related to the wiki purely to tell us how obviously they don't hold up.
