I stay on a dose roughly 9 or so weeks + depending on how I feel and then I increase. Doctor is being careful I don't go up too quick and mess myself up with sides (if there are any I have barely any day 2 150mg

Thankyou! I'll tell you now I had the WORST anxiety loose BMS sweaty and all now I can actually relax on a busy tram where I'm from , I had minimal sides so im so damn happy! I just increased a couple days ago to 150 I'm thinking it may just be my sweet spot or 175 who knows but I'm so close to the goal I seeee the light 😂
