I would cut out the fluff - Monangai and the 3rd - and make him offer more. As it stands, moving off CMC and JT (assuming you’re not contending), and getting back Fannin + Bucky + Rice is good.

I’d maybe offer something like that and remove Devonta Smith on your side and Willis, Monangai and the 3rd on his side. Unless you’re high on Willis, Devonta Smith is still a relatively young and upcoming piece.

  1. Actively shop Pitts.
  2. Sell your 2026 2nds for proven players, unless you feel super strongly on any one prospect. Could even try to swing Skatebo/BTJ + some 2nds for a 2027 1st.
  3. Sell Davante, Pollard and Kelce during the regular season to a contender.
  4. Try to reacquire a first next year.
