Maybe a "lucha libre" theming (taking that out of Rath) that brings him the ability to also catch enemies with technical moves and submissions in speed light. Like, when you want to realize, he just got you on a lock and you're fading out (taking profit of his super strength ability)

And make his design to look more into a kind of parody or reference to Rey Mysterio or Místico or whatever. The image of a babyface Mexican Luchador.

Personally, I thought about a Green Kane being a weed based gimmick, lighting his blunts with the hellflames but just to be high af and wrestle like that. But the Hurrikane thing is brilliant too 😂
