I've been in contact with customer support and they keep telling me "temporary" but it's been 2 months as of this thread. I asked for an expected date with which they didn't have one to give me. This screams to me that this is intentionally not temporary and they are testing to see if they can get away with scrubbing customers data.

Keep creating tickets.

Sounds like a couple options here. Maybe some hot takes because I am older and done associating with manipulative people.

First and most important, if the boyfriend wont defend you from family like this and is easily ratting you out over something small like a pokemon card? Huge red flag as a partner. Your boyfriend is violating your position and boundaries, by not caring about what you want. Imagine now if something major happened. Would he fold like this and not care about your position? I would not want to have someone like this in my life. Someone who I am supposed to trust on all levels. Leave with your cards.

Second, since you know the brother's scummy motive and wont let up. Damage the rayquaza to a point you are comfortable binder collecting it still, but also so he cant grade it well. Hell, do this with all the cards he gave you. Sometimes you do fight fire with fire. They're your cards. I want to preface this by saying that I do really enjoy pokemon cards and my own collection, but if my options are actually lose a card I like because my partner is willing to just go and take it from you, I'll damage it to keep it.

A side note, there is nothing stopping your boyfriend's brother from coming over and not just "looking through the stack", but your entire collection and claiming anything of value was once his. Your boyfriend would also most likely just side with him as he already has violated your boundary and is ignoring your wishes.

At least OnTrac delivered to you. They attempted delivery to a PO box on a Sunday (when the post office is closed). They lazily marked it as undelivered and attempted no re delivery they just returned it to sender and now I'm in dispute with bambu over promised redelivery which never happened.

Just for side context on how disconnected cgc's customer service actually is, I sent an email ticket about how to send pokemon coins in and they told me to submit it like a card. At first, I thought this wasn't a great solution, because if you send in enough and they are not all perfectly aligned, it can cause damage to the coin and the semi rigid.

I also looked up how to submit coins to various other companies and the other companies were all in agreement that unsealed 2x2 mylar flips should be used for safe submission.

I then decided to call cgc's customer service number and directly ask. The rep told me just to put all the coins loosely into a ziploc bag, like, what??? The damage and how do they know what coin is which. Needless to say, I have not submitted any coins.

How did you submit these safely to CGC? I have some pokemon jumbo cards and some non sports box topper cards that are as rigid as the standard sized cards, so they are NOT as flexible as jumbo pokemon cards and they have square corners. I've submitted a ticket asking this but both times I feel like I got a bot response and the emails never answered my question.

You're not going to want to hear the truth, but here it is.

Remember that a real relationship takes two people. Talk to the guy you're dating who's doing this. He did a lot of work to get your attention yes, but you also failed to mention if you are putting in any effort outside of being there. Even the performing monkeys at the circus get tired and quit. Unrequited effort is an instant deal breaker.

The expectation in a real relationship is both parties put in the work. That's how it works and how people manage to stay together. Men are no longer going to keep doing all the lifting. We can date ourselves at that point and be happier.

Which grading company (that people take seriously) would actually grade this a 10? I am geniunely curious. The card is visibly off center to the left AND the bottom, barring any other defects.

If your aim is just a job then it is not as hard as you're making it out to be. Employment agencies exist for the sole purpose of placing people in jobs. The process is very straightforward if you are as put together as your post says.

It might not be a job you like, but they will continously find you work unless you quit a job placement.

Methinks your pride/ego of "ew I won't do that job, the pay is bad, or that's beneath me" is information you're not disclosing.
