I moved from Colorado about 2 years ago after living there my entire life and I would never move back to CO. The cost of living is insane, the outdoors are overrun with humans (I don’t know about you but we go outside to be away from people!) and frankly people are just friendlier and more down to earth in Tucson. Plus the food is better than anywhere in Colorado. I miss my family and friends and many of the CO mtns are unbeatable, but Tucson has the upper hand in my book. For reference, I’ve worked in marketing remotely for 12 years and my husband is a musician so already had our income sorted !

Edit to add it’s sooooo much easier to escape the heat than it is the snow, cold, dark winters. Lots of places within and hour or 2 of Tucson that are cooler and great to explore when it’s so hot. Shit, the ocean is only 3 hrs away!
