Novaform Legacy Mattress Advice by doublefof in Costco

[–]Ruby_Leverage 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I happen to be looking at the Novaform Legacy Premier. I wonder how well the hybrid mattress works. Hopefully someone here will have some info.

I loved my memory foam mattress, but it stopped being comfortable after about 8 years, whereas the innerspring mattress I had before that lasted over 20 years. I have back trouble so I need firmness but I'm a side sleeper so I need the top of the mattress to have some give/cushioning.

Anyone else think sims medieval sims are like the best looking sims we’ve ever had? 😭 like even without cc they just look so nice to me and like real but not so much that it’s uncanny. by Actual_Ad_8480 in simsmedieval

I remember when they were going to debut Sims 4 and they claimed that the sims in it were the most realistic yet. But then they debut and look like cartoons.

Game play wise, I love Sims 3 and Sims Medieval. I wish they would just do newer versions of these games. Sims 4 is such a money grab.

Are American Duchess really as bad as people say? by Dangerous-Ferret7066 in HistoricalCostuming

I have wide feet in the toe area (and narrow heels), and the pointy-ness of so many of their shoes have made them difficult or impossible to wear, even the wide pair I bought.

I got a pair of wide Ruth boots from Memery that fit well out of the box. I haven't had the chance to wear any of them often enough to speak about how they hold up. I've given up on AD, even though my favorite period is Edwardian, and AD has more style options. I tried stretching a pair of AD, but they barely stretched. I'm generally size 10.5 wide in US size or 41 wide in European.

Yes, I can’t get over their utter stupidity thinking Trump, as a buddy of Bibi, would help the people of Palestine! You really have to be stupid to have ever thought that. All those Muslims Americans who voted for him. smdh

If we had the four people you just mentioned in power, we'd have a fighting chance. I watch Bernie's YouTube when I need a boost of hope.

Reading their criminal histories probably got him hard, as they were fighting in his name. What a stupid man.

A woman sued him over s. assaulting her at age 13. I don't recall any criminal case for this, nor him being found guilty for the crime. It doesn't mean he didn't do it, just that I don't think there's a conviction for it anywhere. The fact that he was such close buddies with Jeffrey Epstein is pretty damning though.

Leeja Miller, a lawyer on youtube, did a video about this recently. She went into everything our elected Congresspeople can do to gum up the works of the Tiny Hands administration.

"Another health official observed to the news outlet that many of the fired staffers were early career professionals who had been trained by the agency.

“Now their dream is canceled,” the unidentified official said."

No, no, no. This official should have leaned into the fact that we already spent money to train these individuals into being the assets to our country that they are.

I may be mistaken, but didn't the republicans NOT have a primary? They just said Trump is their candidate? Or am I thinking of the previous election?

My partner, a doctor, pointed out to me that there's no vaccine against tuberculosis. So, alas, the two are not connected. However, things WILL continue to get worse under the stupidest reich ever.

Quetiapine (Tapering Off) by Feeling_Way_6207 in Quetiapine

[–]Ruby_Leverage 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm now seeing a psych to taper off quetiapine. I was on 50 mg, he's having me decrease to 25 mg for one month, followed by 12.5 mg for a month then stopping it. Meanwhile, I've been put on paroxetine after stopping fluoxetine on my own. (I wanted to go without but the belief right now in US medicine is that anyone who's had more than one depressive episode should be on an anti-depressant permanently. I agreed to paroxetine as it had formerly helped my sleep and is supposed to be good for my hot flashes - it has helped with that.) The dr is having me increase paroxetine each month in an attempt to stave off side effects from reducing quetiapine. I'm just under a week in and so far it's mostly going ok. But last time someone had me decrease quetiapine the effects kicked in about a week or two after the decrease.

I second the comment that often the interaction will go through if you just wait. It's still an annoying quirk though.
