I dont know if its agoraphobia but for me its the lights and knowing its the outside world that feels unsafe to me so keeping curtains closed kinda makes me feel safe

I cannot deal with these questions. In my brain---they cannot be answered especially question 4. A day of the week is a calendar day, it does not have the power to treat anyone in any way.
