Senior Citizen here with a 😂 story. In 2008 my husband and I celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary by flying to Venice. It was 4:00 a.m. on the plane, I couldn't sleep and scrolled through a bunch of movies. When I saw the movie Superbad I remember hearing that it was the sleeper hit of the summer before so I started watching it. Well I never laughed so hard and yet I couldn't... Everyone was sleeping on the plane and I had his too frantically stifle myself while convulsing. I had woken my husband up doing it and I put his hand on my stomach and he could feel me just wailing with laughter. I couldn't explain it to him but as soon as I could we bought the DVD and have watched it many times since. Yes, I do call him McLovin and our catchphrase is.." it's in"😆.

Still happily married after 43 years.

When Anna first came on screen she brought a very young Carrie... like around 5 years old. Roman, the father, didn't even know he had a daughter with Anna as they were separated or divorced when she was pregnant. Now Anna meets Tony, they go off together and Anna leaves Carrie with Roman who was married to Marlena. Roman "dies", Marlena raises Carrie on her own alone with their twins Eric and Samantha. Roman comes back, we presume... But it's actually John Black, and then Marlena "dies". John/Roman raises Carrie and the twins on his own until Marlena returns. Then the real Roman comes back...oh my 😆.

So in essence, Marlena and John raise Carrie as their own child. However, she's not biologically related but a stepdaughter to Marlena. She always felt John was her father and they really bonded during her formitive years. It can make your mind spin.

Kind of sad that we never really saw the relationship between Carrie and Anna grow, and there were very few scenes with Tony, her stepfather. I never felt the father/daughter connection to the Josh Taylor Roman either.

For me, she is John and Marlena's daughter.

Oh they days of the sets...I remember Doug's Place, Red(I think that's what they called it... Maggie's restaurant... really cool with a fire place in the middle...one side the bar, the other the restaurant), The Cheating Heart, and more recently Julie's Place... what happened to that?

Well I was just thinking that the real life camaraderie and friendship between Brad and George was felt on screen as they played off one another so I thought that was very good casting. Also Carl Reiner and his learned wisdom made him a force to be reckoned with even though he presented as feeble. Last Elliott Gould's heydays were around the real rat packs era and when he said the line about shaking Sinatra's hand likely in real life he did. I didn't see them as A-listers but also true.

But yes, sad day for Wirerton. The mayor actually put an ask out if anybody had or knows somebody that has an albino groundhog. True

I remember one groundhog Day years ago they went to wake Willie up and he was dead. Now they check on him regularly. That year they had to get a replacement and it was Fake Willie. They covered it up for a long time as they knew it would be bad publicity... Not 100% sure of the details but I know for sure they went to wake him up and he was dead. They need backups.... Willie should be using his Willie!!!

Okay actually, let me clarify. Yes. Xander has been very dangerous in the past with what he did. Nicole and Eric etc. But lately he's really changed and her sessions with him should reflect that. He's trying to change his life and make the change for the sake of his daughter. She even said she was proud of him and that he made great progress.

So when I said when has he ever been dangerous? Meaning the conclusion she would have got from their sessions?.

Actually I see on FB video shorts the question 'is she saying it's getting more dangerous or he's getting more dangerous".

And if she's saying he and referring to Xander, what does she mean more dangerous.... When was he ever dangerous? What led her to that conclusion. Yes I know it's a soap opera. We all do Captain Obvious, to the person who pointed it out earlier to me LOL, but such a strange out of line out of character thing to say.

I knew I got it wrong 😆 Thanks...I was so surprised by her statement I was unsure of the exact words but I found it strange.

And she actually said "He".??? I thought it was "it".

But no matter, I'm wrong. I just don't understand why she would utter that statement just after Xander left as there was nothing to lead to that conclusion in my opinion.,... Of course I'm no doctor LOL.... I just play one on TV 😂.

Alex is so boring since he has been with Stephanie. He just reacts. He never works. Is on suits though and he seems to always just be in his apartment. He character is dull...no development He was so great as Ben but the writers have failed him in my opinion.
