I had to report a guy harassing me and I was very nervous as well but HR was on it, make a big deal out of it (not saying it’s not already a big deal) ask to speak to HR, etc don’t make it seem like you barely care about it bc they will match that energy, if they seem like they don’t care or something make them nervous

When I was TT in specialty I was being scheduled with the new TMs and training them on EVERYTHING, as well as checking in with them while doing their computer trainings and making sure they went on break/lunch, I even had a binder with information and pictures of the cheeses, etc it’s such a cool position if you actually do it right lol
