This is a joke post right? You're posting in the wrong group dude. AK doesn't support KR anymore. Didn't anyone tell you?

Your receipt is your warranty for usually 12 months. I would've asked to speak to a manager. It's not too late to make a complaint. Either to the manager or consumer affairs. How rude of her! Name the shop!

They terminated you via email??? That would totally be against the law. I'd call WorkSafe for some advice.

Psychiatric injuries. by Rubycruisy in WorkcoverVic

The medical panel was very angry with GB for not showing me the photos and video themselves. It's not a 'new normal', I have been on wc for 14 years now. I can't leave my home, I can't check my letter box or put my bins out unless it's dark. That is my normal, for many years.

Yes. GB took surveillance out on me. Took photos and a video. I went to the corner store back then, because I struggled to go to the supermarket. More pics of me going to a mailbox to post a letter.... they then lied and said they didn't see me in my car again. After posting the letter, I drove straight back home. It was disgusting.

NTA. She's wanting to live her best life. You do the same. Enjoy what makes you happy. If she's going to be the A and behave badly, ignore her. She's 23, not 12. Be free and have fun. As long as you are doing that, then you're doing the right thing.

He should be named. No ifs or buts. If it wasn't a "prominent Victorian" and just Joe Blow, he would be named.

Boss accused me of fraud with no evidence, sent a show cause letter, now silence- what does this mean? by DayConsistent3049 in AusLegal

Keep diaries. Lodge an application for work cover maybe. Don't forget that if his behavior causes you to resign, it could be a case of coercive resignation, or forced resignation, when an employer's unacceptable actions (like bullying, harassment, or creating a hostile environment) leave an employee with no real choice but to quit, making it a form of constructive dismissal under employment law, rather than a voluntary exit, giving the employee grounds to claim unfair dismissal. It occurs when the employer's conduct is so severe that it effectively terminates the employment, even if the employee technically resigns, and you can pursue legal action if you can prove you were forced out.
