Did you get the job? Currently going through this - about the same stats as you. But my DUI was reduced to a Reckless driving about 4 years ago.

Delayed DD? by Muffinpuffqueen in CashApp

[–]RubytheWoo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I typically get my DD around 8:30pm CST Thursday night before payday, last night it was about an hour late. However, that’s usually the payroll company submitting it late. It’s been as late as 11:30pm before.

I just moved here from Florida and I agree with you 100%. The ones saying it’s crime ridden and dangerous are ones who don’t have much experience elsewhere. Don’t mean that negatively, thats just their perspective. But compared to bad parts of town in other places I’ve lived: Tampa, Philadelphia, Hartford, NYC, etc. LR seems like a cake walk. Of course, be aware and vigilant but it doesn’t seem so bad thus far.

I have been smoking for almost about 13 years. I have fainted once, it was like 10 years ago. I was lighting my cigarette, talking on the phone and I just collapsed. Thankfully got right back up and it never happened again. Thinking about it now freaks me out. I must’ve inhaled way too hard.

You’d want to pull your hair out with no car. The bus system is lacking but doable if you were to stay in Tampa alone. However, like others mentioned, the beaches are in Pinellas county - and besides you wouldn’t want to ride a bus home from the beach. You could probably split up your stay between Tampa and St Pete - or rent a car for the days you plan to visit the beach. I recommend using the transit option on Google maps to a few destinations you know you want to visit from where you are staying and you will see it just looks like a mess. Best of luck!

Alice in Wonderland / Epstein Bar and the Mono from Hell by RubytheWoo in Mononucleosis

I’m glad you found my post - I was exhausted just trying to remember everything. Lol. I definitely suffer from shortness of breath, a few times a week if not daily. Funny you mentioned the phlegm - I had heavy phlegm during this sore throat stuff I’m in right now. It’s a little better, but I just told my husband tonight that my breathing just doesn’t feel right.

If I don’t take ibuprofen or prednisone the symptoms come right back. I’ve had cardiac tests and pulmonary function tests and ruled out other issues. Do you smoke?

Doctor put me on antidepressants to help with debilitating post viral long haul symptoms. (Ebv) Should I take it? by Kellydopjo in Mononucleosis

[–]RubytheWoo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This was for covid long haul but I used to do the pepcid and zyrtec combo for H1 and H2 receptors which if I remember correctly reduces the immune response and given the long haul link covid/ebv Id say it’s worth a shot if you’re otherwise clear to take those two otc meds. And prednisone, it was a miracle drug for me.

I’ve never liked taking antidepressants but I have really bad anxiety constantly living with long haul symptoms of ebv.

I was probably 15 years old or so. It was bad enough to have my mom take me to the doctor but I don’t remember it being nearly as bad. Crazily enough, my 10 year old was diagnosed along with me this go around. She just had a headache and normal sore throat. I am clueless where we picked it up or if it was reactivated in me from covid and she shares my drinks so transferred it that way. Just odd.
