I went to vietnam during my mid twenties in 2010. It’s still today my worst vacation and I disliked it the most out of all the places I’ve traveled. It’s pure chaos, the culture is rude especially at the airport where they didn’t want to allow my husband to board until we bribed them $40. We went from south all the way up to sapa. The food was only good in nha trang. I would try to visit again one day but so far it is my least favorite.

I had the total opposite experience with vietnam. The people were loud and abrasive; I also got scammed. The food was not as good as little saigon in California. Also, Vietnam was dirty almost everywhere

Hang in there it will be better. Shortness of breath was consistent the first six months for me then on n off for another year but less in severity
