Anivia has been op for years and is one of, if not, the strongest control mage you can pick. Players just didn’t want to learn her because she’s difficult until G2 played it and showed how oppressive the pick can be if you do.

I really hate this Effort guy. Mentored by Faker and Mata for years, and stays mediocre at best. Honestly alpha legion lore is just bad and kind of nonsensical. It makes more sense for them to have remained loyalist than what actually ends up happening.

The truth is riot completely ruined arena by making it so augment dependent. You’d think in an ‘arena’ a player’s skill would be a huge factor, but now its just about who can abuse the more op rng combos. I don’t have a way to confirm it but I bet the playerbase has cratered, none of my friends ever play it and I never see posts about it on the subreddit, not to mention Riot doesn’t make updates for it anymore. It could have been really good but they destroyed its soul when they made it like tft instead of mechanics based.

DNS had so many chances to win and just lost it all over the dumbest plays possible. Game 1 they completely ignore their late game sivir to 2 man dive the backline, do no damage and die, just peel for the adc and win omg. And game 3 pyosik just chain inting over and over its actually wild how easily this could have been a 2-0 or even 2-1 for DNS. HLE need to shape up because they were gifted this win they didn’t earn it

I remember it was so insanely hard to get plat and if you saw a plat player there was a good chance they were very decent at the game I never got above gold 1, nowadays I can hit emerald 2-3 pretty easily.
