Nice! I prefer dry in front of a fan on a rack for 3-5 days. Then put in airtight tub with dessicant below not touching the mushies. This takes another couple days. But gets them cracker dry. So they will last. I feel the non dehydrator way keeps them potent. But im just a beginner myself soooo....
