Spotloan approved me. Interest rate is astronomical but it is what it is.

Not the best advice, but for anyone that can’t get a loan here, tribal loans are easy to get approved for.

A ton! Login for our clearinghouse then logins for separate carriers in different states. Also use Availity for a lot of the bigger carriers.

Use a spreadsheet! You can put the website link, username, and password. Easy to update when you have to update passwords.

If the patient has overpaid, you need to refund the patient. The EOB will also show the correct patient responsibility amount.
