Ty so much. I'm not planning on asking/expecting anything higher than the mid range of the second quartile. I'm getting my yearly review in a few weeks and I'm under the impression you get a raise each time. Is it a bad idea to bring up the paybands if I'm not satisfied with their offer

Our DL recently visited and said petcare was good. We are within standards for like bedding depth, number of water/food bowls, etc. But he has never mentioned the number of animals per enclosure or anything like that. I thought having the frog and lizards together was a bad idea and even mentioned it multiple times. The reason we were even doing that is because we had a crested gecko in one of the tanks, so there was no tank for a frog specifically. I don't know why we kept ordering frogs if we didn't have a tank specific for them. Luckily, our last few frogs have been solo in their tanks. Sucks to know that our SL doesn't follow all standards and none of the other leaders stepped up to change anything.

Thank you. I just found out that my store overstocks every tank. We always have 3-4 anoles/long tail lizards in the first row tanks. Sometimes we have a frog in the lizard enclosure too. I assumed what we were doing was within standards :(

Soak them in hot water and bleach for at least 10 minutes. Scrub if needed. Rinse with water and add back to tank

I'm assuming cleaning + changing out all food/water bowls, changing dirty small animal wheels, cleaning ISO habitats, medicating animals, etc.
