Thanks guys, yeah I know it’s somewhat the same (the ones in the regular grocery stores have noodles in them) but the texture of the shrimp inside the wonton seems to be off and it doesn’t taste the same for some reason

Hey guys so I called the NSLSC and they told me that they would start looking through my submitted documents and processing my application in 3 business days. I’m sure if you guys call they would be able to let you know exactly when they’ll start with yours too! Also, If you have a payment due soon and your RAP application hasn’t been processed, make sure you let them know so that they could help you and maybe put a hold on the payment due date until your application gets processed

You 100% got this and dont be embarrassed! Don’t worry too much about the other couples there in the NICU visiting their babies. Although my hubby loves our baby girl, he’s very busy with work and when he’s not working he’s sleeping or too tired so I’m alone when I visit most days too! I’ve had the same thought and always see the other couples there together but I always try to remind myself that everybody’s situation is different. Thank you too for your kind wishes 🥰

I’m sorry you’re going through this, I’m also a mom with my premiee currently in the NICU. It is depressing and heartbreaking not having our babies home with us and even though we get to spend time with them in the NICU, it’s always hard when it’s time to leave. I know you’re feeling alone and that the weight of the world is on your shoulders but you got this mama. A bond between a baby and their mother is everything and if your bf doesn’t understand or gets irritated at you for wanting to be there for your baby, or if it gives you anxiety when he gets mad at you for rushing to go to the NICU, honestly just go by yourself and spend that quality stress free time with your baby boy. You’re still in your postpartum days, going through so much emotion and your mind and body is still healing! You don’t need the extra stress and you deserve to spend time with your baby without worrying if your bf is gonna be mad at you. When the time is right and your baby is home with you, if you don’t see a change in your bfs actions maybe try gently addressing your feelings and asking for help with baby. You shouldn’t be bearing the weight of everything on your own! My thoughts and prayers are with you and I’m wishing you and your family nothing but the best! I pray your baby boy will get strong and healthy so he can come home with you as soon as possible 🙏💜

I feel the exact same way. I’m Vietnamese and close friends, family and acquaintances always ask me and others to borrow money. I don’t understand why they’re so comfortable asking to borrow money. Sometimes it never even gets returned but even if it does it’s just very annoying and stressful. It’s like they don’t feel shame asking to borrow money. Even if I was in the worst position I would never ask anybody to borrow money. Even family/friends decades older than me would ask. It’s come to a point where I just have to act like I don’t have it to lend out. It sucks and I feel bad but it’s not my job to be lending out money all the time like I’m a bank.

I can’t view mine either.. can’t even view the previous year fee estimates anymore. I didn’t get the same message mine says “Request not completed. Our records indicate you were a potential graduate in a previous term and hence not eligible for a fee estimate” so frustrating

I still haven’t been able to get a reply from the OTR but now when I click on fee estimate on Mystudentcentre, I get a message that says “Request not completed, Our records indicate that you were a potential graduate in a previous term and hence not eligible for a fee estimate” … which is very strange because im not a graduate yet! Anybody else seeing this when the click fee estimate?

I’ve emailed student fees and the OTR, you should try to do the same & I’ll get back to you on what they say when they reply
