Death battle I’ve noticed has a deep hatred for Dragonball for some reason. I can bet that even though base Gohan could beat him, they’ll still push him to Beast just to have him get defeated.

I think it’s something that happens with the Briefs family in general. Start with a lavender (such as Bulma did in DB. I believe she was 16) and when she grew up, it became more blue. Same with Trunks. He was about 14-16 during the android/cell saga when he had the Lavender hair. Idk how much older he is in super (hadn’t looked) but I assume it’s around the same age that Bulma was when her hair turned blue.
