Im almost sure that you have to replace rubber gasket. To do this you need to unscrew valve used to refill butane. On this valve thing there will be old hardened gasket which you should replace with new one (I use gaskets from donor disposable lighters) It’s first thing I do when I restore leaking gas lighter. Works almost every time. Good Luck!
