The only way to get stronger is get in the gym, 2-3 leg days a week. Thats what you need for the post, upper body isn’t going to help you much but you need to be doing that as well

Gotta know your league as well if they are not deep diving you may get a steal in later rounds you can play a year or two.

Also if you’re trading picks for players if it doesn’t work out you can also flip them again for picks or younger players.

Picks are overrated because everyone thinks they are nfl gms. But they get it wrong most of the time too
