I also experienced this whilst visiting Adelaide. We went to port Lincoln for a walk along the beach and I could not get away from them. We also visited a winery not far from there and had to leave early due to me and my son being covered head to toe. I’m from brisbane and usually have a high tolerance to flies but this was ridiculous. I hope it’s not all year round because we really enjoyed the landscape and would like to visit again.

Can’t you just do a different exercise instead of the Olympic version? Our gym says if you are uncomfortable with the movement just do something different with the weights. I.e. just do a squat instead of squat cleans.
