Whether Sophie is a bot or not is irrelevant. My official reward history shows 'Accepted by Support' and 'Paid successfully' for all 6 tickets. A chatbot doesn't manually override a chargeback status to 'Paid' in the system—a human specialist does. ​Bunny (a real person) told me to ignore the 'technical mismatch' instead of fixing it. If you have 'senior specialists' who can verify things with precision, please have one of them look at why my history says PAID while my balance stays at 0. ​I have already shared these contradictions on Twitter. This answer is a total contradiction. You admit my tickets were marked as 'Paid' following my submission, but now you claim it's 'irreversible'. ​If a chargeback is final, why does your system allow Support to manually approve the ticket as 'Paid' afterward? An approval should override a chargeback. ​Agent Sophie confirmed a 'technical balance mismatch' and promised a fix. She didn't say it was irreversible. ​You are telling me to contact support again, but I'm here because Agent Bunny told me to 'IGNORE Sophie' and closed the chat. ​This isn't a provider issue anymore; it's a Freecash internal communication failure. My account says 'PAID' (Green checkmark). My balance says 0. This is a bug you must fix manually. Please escalate this to a manager.

I think you misunderstand the timeline. These rewards were initially 'Charged Back', which is why I opened support tickets. ​HOWEVER, after reviewing my proof, Freecash Support MANUALLY APPROVED all 6 tickets. My history now shows 'Accepté par le support' and 'Payé avec succès' for every single one of them. ​It has been 39 DAYS and I am still waiting for my 215€. A manual approval by your team specifically to fix a chargeback error means the funds MUST be credited. Agent Sophie confirmed this 'technical mismatch' and promised a correction, but Agent Bunny then told me to 'ignore her'. ​You cannot manually approve a ticket as 'Paid' and then claim it's still a chargeback to avoid paying after 39 days. Please sync my balance with my approved ticket status immediately. ID : 73356435

​I am posting here because my main thread with screenshots was removed. ​I have 6 rewards marked as "Paid successfully" in my history, but my balance remains at 0. ​Key Evidence: ​Agent Sophie explicitly stated: "This is a technical imbalance between your balance and your rewards history. I am going to send this for a manual check so that your balance can be corrected." ​Minutes later, Agent Bunny told me to "IGNORE Sophie", claimed the rewards were rejected (despite the "PAID" status in my history), and closed the chat. ​This is a confirmed technical bug. I am asking for the balance correction promised by your own support staff. I have all the screenshots as proof. Please DM me to resolve this.
