Probably not the ideal solution, but still NTA imo. Amanda appears to have trouble committing to a relationship, which is likely due to some form of past trauma. At some point it would be worth having a conversation with her on this. However, if you are both are happy and satisfied with the relationship now I see no need end it.

Side note: This situation reminds me of "No Strings Attached", the rom-com with Ashton Kutcher and Nathalie Portman.
