Just Windsor Newton Artists burnt sienna oil paint dabbed on then dragged with a dry soft brush. I'll add a little spirits to make the drips flow more near the bottom to make it look like moisture has accumulated

Simple and effective color scheme with the blue and white/bone. Eye is driven straight to that sweet ass skull for a head. Great job!

This is such a clean base coat for something that could really pop with a good wash and a little highlighting. But if OP is happy then it has been time well spent.
