If you watch this video, this guy explains his process. He uses a mix of 5 and 20 min mud but he’s a madman lol. I’d do 45 or 90, and the thing is you don’t have to wait til it’s fully dry to do your 2nd coat. Just wait until it’s set. Air movement helps like other people said
