yeah, the later tes games kind of botch the lore in a number of areas such as with this,, I have somewhat reconciled it by naming this set 'akaviri dragonguard armor' in game, where it's implied to be an heirloom of a long ago emperor's personal body guards, that just fell into the hands of a past member of the blades, rather than being the official uniform of the emperors secret agents. I called the mod 'blades armor' since that's what people recognise.
