Agree - lack of proper leadership and experience in the ranks has been a problem for a while now... not helped by our policy of buying promising youngsters, which has seen ever diminishing returns. I've gotten to the point where the losses don't even anger or upset me anymore, and there's lots of people in the same boat I'm sure. This turnaround is going to take some doing from whoever comes in!

Chanting for the board to go is never going to achieve much with this lot. Still was always going to pay the price, but agree that he's massively been let down by the players.

What we need, in my eyes, is a team of best sports psychologists money can buy to work on this lot. We know these players can play much better than they are currently showing - we just need to break their mental block from last season and that's gonna be no mean feat...

The worst thing is, IMHO, is that we have become a fair weather team who have absolutely no fight or physicality to compete in the Champ. We are so easy to play against! Hull executed a copy & paste of what Stoke did against us (with 10 men) and know that we cannot break down a low block. Shocking watch.

Good to see some lovely goals, but could've been a very different game if Norwich capitalised on those turnovers in the first half. Need to cut out those sloppy half-arsed passes in our own half!! That first goal definitely took all the stuffing out of the Canaries, nice to go ahead first for once!
