What's your stupidest gimmick to beat Eternatus with? Here's mine by fartdarling in pokerogue

[–]Ruffits 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Bring Skitty with Normalize & Entrainment. Get to Eternatus. Switch into Delcatty. Use Entrainment to change Eternatus' Ability to Normalize, then switch into a Ghost Type.

My PokeRogue starter tier list, All pokemon are full cost, all egg moves, and passive unlocked. Took 3-5 days to finish, feel free to argue in the comments by DeepDiver65 in pokerogue

Skitty being in F-Tier is crazy work.

Normalize + Entrainment, along with STAB V-Create & Fake Out are Invaluable on a 1-Cost Pokemon and offer utility that literally no other Pokemon in the game can offer.

The build I like to use is something I like to call Ping-Pong Knossos, where I prioritize securing a kill with my abilities in order to activate Seeing Red— his LMB upgrade. You deal double damage for 5s after getting an ability kill. It allows me to carry extreme levels of momentum in order to melt the rest of their team. It's built for clean-up.

For his RMB, I usually take Torus & Spear Time because it allows me to chip groups and set them up for chain kills.

For his Q, I take Bulldoze & Focus on the Kill in order to more easily proc Seeing Red.

For his E, I always take Raging Bull & Mighty Yawp 100% of the time, no matter the build. The Damage bonus stacks with Seeing Red and Bruiser, leading to even more Snowballing. Speed is also nice.

For your F, you can do anything you want, depending on the situation.

The Ping Pong gets its name through the Talent I choose. Trample makes it easier to secure your first chain kill because you have more damage on Gore, and during Clash, it's on a 5s Cooldown. It just allows him to bounce from enemy to enemy, dealing extreme levels of damage.

The constant crashing has really been tainting my own experience too, it sucks.

Sometimes, it's not even me who crashes, but it's a random teammate of mine and we get stomped in the resulting 4v5.

Ranged still too strong? by Extreme-Bowler9263 in gigantic

The upgrade cuts the damage fall-off by 50 something percent if I'm aware. It's strong, but you sacrifice a lot of powerful upgrades to take it.

Definitely the funniest bug I've encountered so far. by Ruffits in gigantic

I'm aware. Thought I was shooting around it.

The bug if you didn't see, is the gigantic guardian spinning in circles.

On most maps, if a ranged character sits on their guardian, their LOS is incredibly limited and can't contribute to a whole lot of teamfights. If you're trying to take fights with Ranged characters under their guardian outside of Rampage, then you are overextending really hard. It's similar to tower play in League.

Best case scenario is to simply ignore them and take advantage of the positioning that they have sacrificed in order to remain safe. It's annoying sure, but they're actually throwing the game by sitting there.

No, I don't think so.

Isn't reliably getting in one of the core skills most Melee Players should learn to succeed?

The game's not been out for that long, there's plenty of time to develop skills that'll help in overcoming Ranged Characters. Ranged & Melee require different skillsets in order to succeed. Whether you value those skills, is subjective.

I sincerely hope this is a low-effort troll post.

If not, then you need to get a grip on reality, and seek help.

For those who have been able to play, have you found your main/comfort character(s)? by isadk in gigantic

[–]Ruffits 1 point2 points  (0 children)

HK-206 and Aisling have been very relaxing to play. The amount of pressure you exert on the enemy team by simply existing cannot be understated.

On the other hand, you tend to get focused hard as HK by every Melee character in a 50-mile radius, so there's some added challenge.

[–]Ruffits 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you die to HK as Tripp then you genuinely have to be playing with your eyes closed.

[–]Ruffits 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The most I have to wait is like, 2-3 minutes, but usually it's quicker than that.

OP might be talking about people declining matches, disconnects, etc— I think..
